Responsibilities
Be punctual and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility.
Identify student’s needs.
Monitor and evaluate students’ progress.
Deliver engaging and innovative lessons.
Correct students’ mistakes effectively.
Handle students of different levels and age groups.
Conduct level tests and provide an excellent impression of our service.
Ensure students receive high quality online tutorial services.
Qualifications
Must have at least a college-level education, teaching, training or equivalent experience (1-2 years experience in online EST or call centers is an advantage).
Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
Open to male and female applicants aged 18 to 60.
Must speak English with a neutral accent.
Must be patient, flexible, and willing to work 20 hours per week, with up to 30 hours during peak seasons.
Mush have a high-speed internet connection at home with a LAN cable (minimum 10 Mbps; Wifi is not acceptable).
Applicants will be working from home and must ensure a quiet working environment.
Must be creative and passionate about teaching.
