“I started teaching last April 2020. This question made me realize how I am going five years already. My teaching experience has been fulfilling and gratifying. While there are some challenges in dealing with diverse students, seeing them gain mastery of skills makes me feel proud that I have contributed to their formation. What I enjoy teaching at HAP is the rapport and connection/ positive relation I established with my students. Moreover, the encouraging support of the Administrators makes me feel at home in this organization.
My teaching style is a blend of textbook and instructional technology. I employ collaboration, games, the use of tangible learning materials, and giving prompt positive remarks for excellent performance. Moreover, giving feedback to them and encouraging them to take an active role in education makes my duties more fulfilling and gratifying.”
